Why I Do This Work

I’m Chris “Rhino” Swenson, a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience working in rural communities.

I’ve sat across from farmers, ranchers, teachers, parents, youth, and everyday people who thought they were falling apart—when in reality, they were carrying more than anyone should have to carry alone.

This podcast is built from those conversations, those lessons, and a deep belief that rural people deserve tools that actually work in their world.
